This is a good little shaver. The shaver comes in a very fancy box, proudly displaying the manufacturer name and the device on the cover. Inside, neatly packed, is the shaver, an instruction manual, a USB A to C cable, a mini brush, a coupon card, and a very soft velvet-like travel bag to keep it all safe.

The shaver consists of three parts: the motor body with the shearing blades, the foil head, and the cover. The cover stays on with two little clips on either side that attach to the motor body; it stays snug enough to be secure but you can pull it off easily when you are ready to use it. The foil head is held on by two stronger clips integrated into the motor body, and you press a circular button on the side to release it for removal and cleaning. The actual foil is very thin, so be cautious with it.

The motor body is STURDY and packs some heft, in a good way. It feels good in the hand and is very easy to maneuver. On one side is the foil head release button and directly opposite is the power button to turn on the motor. The release button can get stuck a little if you push it in really far, but will pop back out pretty easily if you wiggle it a little. Now, the first time I used this I did have some skin irritation afterward. I realized in hindsight that was because I was pressing a little too hard. The second time I used it gave no irritation because I was much more cautious with it. This is very much a finesse tool, not a hack and slash, so with the foil being so thin…

I was surprised at how good a shave this razor gave. I opened the package and the shaver was fully charged so I gave it a try while sitting on the couch. It easily cut through 2 days of stubble on my chin and left a really smooth finish. I had my partner feel it and she agreed that my chin was smooth and soft! I tried to get some before and after shots of my upper lip, not sure they came out. Little to no irritation from the cut. I remember the electric razors work best for me when used regularly so the beard isn't too long to start out. It's a very good basic razor. There is no trim clipper (for sideburns and neck), but I wouldn't expect it at this price point. Overall a solid value.

I got this foil shaver for my husband to use in between his barber visits so he can clean up his five o’clock shadow and keep things looking fresh. Overall, this is a really nice, complete foil shaver at a great price point.

It comes with everything you need. You get the shaver itself, a protective cap that fits over the foil, a small cleaning brush, a USB-C charging cable, a cute little storage bag, and instructions. It definitely feels like a well thought out set.

One feature I really like is the LED battery indicator on the front. It clearly shows the battery percentage, which is helpful so you know when it needs to be charged. On one side, there’s the power button, and on the other side, there’s a button to release the foil head so you can clean underneath it. Removing the foil head is simple and easy.

Once you take the metal foil head off, you can use the included brush to clean out the shaver underneath. I will say it does feel a bit delicate, so just be careful during that process when removing and reattaching the head.

As for performance, he says it works well. Sometimes he does have to go over an area more than once to get everything smooth, but he has very coarse hair, so that is somewhat expected. For maintaining his look between full shaves or barber visits, it does the job nicely.

Overall, he’s happy with it, and for the price, I think it’s a great value. It’s perfect for quick cleanups and keeping everything sharp between appointments.

I like how easy it is to use on my face. I get an even glide and it gets all of the hair that my other shaver would have missed.

I like that I can see how much power is left on the shaver at any given time just by glancing at the LED screen.

I like how easy it is use, how easy it is to clean as well as how compact the shaver is for quick and easy shaving.

This is a good one that I'll be using every time I need a shave.
