Order Processing

If your package is marked delivered but can't be found — contact the carrier immediately. Also notify us at support@fagaci.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Important: claims made after 48 hours of the delivery timestamp cannot be processed.

- Once your order is in transit, monitoring the delivery is your responsibility.
- Fagaci is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Contact your carrier immediately and notify us within 48 hours.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
- If your package arrives empty or with missing items, contact us immediately at support@fagaci.com.
- Shipping delays caused by natural disasters or severe weather are outside our control — refunds for shipping costs are not available in these cases.
