What's Covered

Our 2-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. This includes:

  • Motor failures and electrical faults
  • Battery defects — not holding charge from day one
  • Blade defects — manufacturing faults, misalignment out of the box
  • Charging port and cable faults
  • Any component that fails under normal barbershop use
  • Shears — blade separation, hinge defects, screw failures

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear:

  • Physical damage from drops or impacts
  • Water damage beyond normal cleaning
  • Normal blade dulling over time — if blades dull prematurely under normal use, contact us.
  • Damage caused by using incompatible accessories
  • Products purchased from sellers other than fagaci.com or our official Amazon store.

How to Make a Claim

Making a warranty claim takes less than 5 minutes. Here's how:

1 Email us at support@fagaci.com or use our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.
2 Include a photo or short video of the issue if possible — this speeds up the process significantly.
3 We'll respond within 12 hours and confirm whether your claim is covered.
4 If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you — including shipping.

General Terms

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all claims. Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Fagaci reserves the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. Replacement products carry the remaining warranty of the original item or 90 days — whichever is longer.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
