Our clipper blades are made from 440C stainless steel — the same grade used by premium brands charging 10–20x more. Select models feature DLC-coated blades for enhanced hardness, reduced friction, and longer edge retention. Our shears are crafted from 440C, ATS-314, and VG-10 steel — the same materials found in professional shears costing hundreds more. Same steel, sharper price.
Yes. Every Fagaci tool ships fully assembled with everything you need — guards, charging cable, cleaning brush, and blade oil included. Our clippers arrive pre-charged, so you can pick up the tool and start cutting straight out of the box. A light oil on the blades before first use is all it takes.

We ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Orders are processed within 1 business day. US and Canada deliver in 2–5 business days, UK in 2–4, EU in 2–8 depending on your country, and Australia in 2–5. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — thresholds vary by market ($75 USD / $85 CAD / £50 GBP / €65 EUR / $100 AUD). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Return shipping is on us — no cost, no fuss. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
Every Fagaci product comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. It does not cover physical damage from misuse, dropped tools, or normal blade wear. If something goes wrong, reach out, and we'll make it right.

First, check that the battery is fully charged and the blades are properly seated. If the issue persists, contact us at support@fagaci.com. If it's within the 2-year warranty period, we'll replace or repair it at no charge. If outside warranty, we'll still do our best to help you find a solution.
After Your Purchase
After each use, brush out hair from the blade with the included cleaning brush. Apply 2–3 drops of blade oil to the teeth while the clipper is running. Wipe off excess oil with a cloth. For deep cleaning, remove the blade, rinse under warm water, dry thoroughly, and re-oil before reattaching. Regular maintenance keeps blades sharp and cool.
Yes — Wahl guards are compatible with Fagaci clippers. That said, the included guard set covers all standard lengths and is built to the same tolerance as the blades, so most barbers find they don't need to switch.
Use the taper lever on the side of the clipper to adjust blade height. For zero gap, push the lever to the lowest position (0.5mm). For a more open cut, pull the lever up. Always oil the blades before zero-gap cutting to reduce heat and friction during close work.
